I orderd 2 products last month when they had free shipping. The website said it should ship w/n 48 hours. I checked a week later and saw it was still processing because 1 of the products was not in, thus they held the whole order. I cancelled that order, and ordered only the item in stock, w/ a note in the comment box to call me immediately if that item was not in stock instead of sitting on the order.

Point - Just make sure you follow up w/n a day or 2 to ensure that they are actually sending the order.

I ordered from them but as a PP posted, the processing takes a while. mine took about 3 days

Instant Weaves are my favorite half wigs. Most Bss's carry them. Maybe you can find them in your area?
