Anyone in Virginia?

Hi Ladies,

My friend's cousin has moved to Virginia and she needs to know where any good Dominican hair salons are in the Nofolk or Virginia Beach areas.

I live in Norfolk but the only salons I know of are Hair Cuttery and place called Changes.

I know this is an OLD post. I don't know ANY DR salons in the area, but I know a GREAT beautician. It is in Hampton as opposed to VA beach. Her name is Sonya and the salon is called Agape. Do a search in the yellow pages and she will HOOK u up! No overlap and she actually LISTENS to you! Her I trust.
