Anyone ever used color removal?

I dyed my hair last night and it came out too dark! So I bought some color removal today, just wondering if anyone used this before and if so was it harsh on your hair?

Is the product you bought called Metalex??(not sure if that's the correct spelling) I think I remember Tracy talking about it on a previous post. Do a search, and if you can't find it, PM her!!
