Yes, I had one about 3 years ago for my wedding. I liked it but it was heavy (I'm used to having shorter hair).

I had it done (cost about $550) at a salong. Had it removed at the salon, it was very damaging to my hair. They used some sort of acetone which pretty much ate up my hair.

Type of hair, I do not recall, a Bohyme something or another.

Would I have it done again? Maybe but definitely not from that salon. :spank:

lol, well..if your ever out here come find me!

i didnt experience breakage. the key is to avoid glues and use KERATIN PROTEIN to add the extensions. and alot of people get breakage from removing the bonds incorrectly and soaking their hair in acetone:hammer:

the best way to remove it is get a dropper and put approx. 2 drops of acetone on the bond ONLY and then apply pressure with pliars. the keratin turns into a crumbly powder-like substance and can easily be brushed out. after all the bonds are removed, then wash like regular and i would recommend deep conditioning to counteract dryness that could of resulted from any little spills of acetone on your natural hair

there is also a remover, but im not sure of the ingredients in it and it cousts about $6 for a lil bottle

thank you.

i didnt like it because all of my own hair was still exposed. no protective qualities what so ever. when i washed i STILL had to go through all the drama of getting my hair as straight as the extensions and making it blend...ALL OVER. :angry2:

i prefer a sew in where most of my hair is braided and hidden away, and only having to fuss with a small amount on the top
