I am really interested in getting back into my Henna routine but I don't feel like doing full strength hennas. Is anyone doing henna glosses? If so, can you post your recipies?

i did my first henna gloss last week. I just added two tablespoons of Nupur herbal mix with a cup of conditioner , EVCO,Honey, and EVOO. rinsed shampoo'ed with creme of nature moistuizing shampoo. then DC with NTM recovery mask, air dry and bun.

How did your hair feel when you rinsed it out? Was it as dry

For the last 2 days, I have been researching henna glosses. I really want my hair to be stronger. I found a couple of you tube videos that had straightforward instructions. I will definitely add Amla if I do it to counteract the curl loosening effect and color change.
Here are a few videos I've come across...

@ msLizziA My hair felt amazing it was shiny silky and I noticed less hair in my comb after detangling. I will henna gloss once a week . My hair also cells stronger and I've noticed less breakage

my first two henna were henna glosses. i used 100 grams of dulhan henna, tresseme curls conditioner, sweet almond oil and honey. i only left it on for an hour and my hair felt stronger and i still got color which i was not expecting since i didnt let the henna sit i just applied right after making it.

to tell you the truth i loved the henna gloss but the full henna didnt make my hair feel as strong. but i think thats because my henna gloss was with dulhan which is mixed with other herbs and powders and my full henna was with jamila which isnt mixed with anything.

i did not get loosening with dulhan but i did get loosening with jamila.

Try an amla deep conditioning pack. I mix half pack amla powder with hibiscus fenugreek tea until it is the consistency of chocolate pudding. Immediately apply paste to hair, cover head with plastic cap for 1 to 2 hours. Rinse out with water and wash with a moisturizing conditioner to prevent dryness. Apply moisturizing leave-in to damp hair.
