I noticed my Qhemet samples (which I LOVE, btw) contain MSM...has anyone added it to their homade products with good results? How much? And is MSM a good quality sulphur for hair products or should I shop around for something else? I already have a huge jar of NOW brand powder/crystals that I'd love to use externally (already using internally) if it's good for hair.
