CAPlush said:I don't use any growth aids nor do I plan on starting any soon. I tried out MN and some other concoction maybe back in December (I can't remember when exactly, it was a while ago). I still want to try boundless tresses, but I know if I buy it I won't feel like taking my hair down and parting through it all the time to get to the scalp. It seems like the other stuff is too drying on the hair.
I don't take any vitamins anymore. With the whole Vitamin Shoppe lead contamination scare, I am just like. I occasionally eat nutrition bars or Total cereal. I don't worry about it much, I eat a balanced diet including nuts, fish, vegetables, and whole grains.
You don't have to feel bad, if you are healthy and active your hair will grow at it's normal rate anyway. If you don't know what that is, how do you know you want to speed it up?
