If so, do you have a tutorial?

I need to know how to "knot" them into my hair at the roots....is it as easy as braiding?

And what kind of hair is good to use?

How do you secure the ends....?

Usually, when my friend does my kinky twist extensions, she begins them as she a braid. She braids the hair a little first and then proceeds to twist the hair. She posts some pictures of her doing her twist extensions, but I don't think she explained that part.

ditto on mook's tutorial. I did my first kinky twists about 5 weeks ago (contemplating taking them out right now, in fact), and they were fantastic! I didn't actally "knot' them perse, i just folded the hair in two and started braiding, and they stayed in. I think its a lot easier if your hair is kinky because there isn't much slippage since the hair just grips onto each other.
