Since I started my vitamin regimen my hair is growing faster along with the rest of me. I'm gaining a lot of weigh and the vitamins are the only thing I can attribute it to.

Is anyone else experiencing anything like this? Any advice for me? Could I be wrong?

Well taking the vitamins helps my appetite, but I am careful not to eat more than I need to.

I'm taking the following:

Biotin
Centrum Multimineral MultiVitamin
Evening Primrose Oil (1000mg)
Ultra Noursihair
MSM (1000mg)
Flaxseed Oil (500mg)
Calcium

I'm also trying to drink 8 glasses of water a day and I'm working out, but my clothing are getting tighter.

I haven't increase my food intake or changed anything else, but I just keep gaining.

I also take the Centrum and MSM. I'm also taking b-complex.

I've gained 7 pounds in 3 months, and I'm also wondering if it's the vits. My appetite has increased since I started consistantly taking my vitamins and can't figure out it that's it, or the fact that I turned 30 this year.

A few weeks ago, someone mentioned a liquid vitamin that also helps you keep your weight down. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name.
