Also note these warnings that most of the ladies have discussed.
Biotin: can cause acne break outs. (it did for me) I stopped taking it after 2 days
MSM: can cause headaches and random menstral spotting. (it did for me) I stopped taking it after 8 days.
I take Flinstones Complete vitamins. (2 every day) Love it!
Many also take the GNC Hair & Nails formula.

I just started taking biotin, so the jury is still out on the results. I also take my multi daily

Biotin and GNC Ultranourishair. I had an unbelievable growth spurt with biotin ( about 1 inch )
