Any successful switches from Lye to No-Lye?

Is there a 4a/4b head on this board that has switched from lye to no-lye successfully?

May I ask why you would want to do that. Is lye not working for you?

Sosly,the Lye doesn't seem to be working out for me at all. It doesn't straighten half as well as no-lye, so my hair always looks like crap (underprocessed) and is easily tangled. Lye is supposed to relieve dryness but I honestly don't see the difference (in moisture) between my hair now and when it was relaxed with a no-lye relaxer.

I'm wondering if it's best to go back to no-lye to atleast get the desired straightness.
