Any success with spring valley msm?

I know a couple of people were taking this msm.What have been your results so far? I saw it in walmart the other day and was thinking about picking it up. But I wanted to know if I should give this cheaper version a try first or just keep my money and save for optiMSM.

I take flax oil, evening promise oil and biotin in that brand. But when I was taking MSM with Glucosamine Complex I took the healthy ideas brand only because it was cheaper (I believe I bought it at a grocery store), but it still worked.

Thanks! How are the biotin, flax oil, and ep oil working?

I have been bad lately at taken them on a regular basis. However, when I did take all of the vitamins together along with a B-complex vitamin and Hair, Skin and Nails vitamin (along with doing conditioner only washes) my hair grew at least 1 1/2 inches to 2 inches.

I've been taking the Spring Valley brand from Wal-Mart for several months with good results. I think the capsules are easy to swallow, and my hair is growing very fast. I'm almost finished with the bottle, and I plan to buy the same brand again.

That's very encouraging Ipanema. I'm on a budget and that price is really catching my eye. I'm glad to know it can still be effective.
