I ordered some and it hasn't come yet, but I wanted to know if anyone uses this with any good results.

Turkish Red Oil is also known as sulfurated castor oil.

I thought since sulphur (key ingredient in MTG) and castor oil are both good for hair growth and thickness, this oil would be a great thing to use on my scalp as I am bunning

I saw it mentioned twice in the whole forum and pm'd the people who mentioned it, but no response yet.

I ordered mine from www.fromnaturewithlove.com

Please let me know
TIA

Never heard of this. I make a mix of black castor oil and mtg that is probably quite similar from the sound of it. I can't say I've seen any results, but I don't use it consistently.

This is very good for mixing.

I've been researching and was going to order it when I ran out of my plain castor oil that I mix with other oils and butters and use on the length of my hair. It is supposed to be a great emulsifier, which I like. I currently use liquid lecithin for emulsifying, but I was liking the sound of the sulfated castor oil.

For my scalp, I use jamaican black castor and coconut oil as a base. I used to mix with it MTG, but now I mix with powdered flowers of sulfur, rosemary and nettle and a bit of neem and tea tree oil.

I am not going to order anytime soon as I have lots of oils already, so keep us updated.

thank you all for replying! This is a bump also.

I will keep you posted when I get it

Anyone else have heard of it/ or use it?

Ms. Jadu, what do you mix it with?

Resurrecting this thread because I am curious. Ritzbitz78 (or anyone) Are you still using this?

No problem, I dig through the archives a lot. I know those who have come before me have asked the same questions I want to ask. Its just a matter of looking for the answers.

Right now I am interested in all things sulfur. I also happen to be moving to Turkey at the end of the year.
