Same here! I have been getting wonderful results with it too, but I take additional biotin, though.

I used it but I don't know if it was the MSM or the Ultra Nourish hair but I had a major growth spurt. My scalp was itching like crazy and my hair was growing significantly. They said that is what happens when you have a growth spurt.

I was using it up until recently. I saw good results w/ nails, but I can't really say it did much for my hair. I switched to Future Biotics Hair, Skin & Nails since it got such good reviews by other members.
