I have this, but haven't used enough of it yet...
I have used it with good results especially when wearing braids helps control the itches and dry scalp.
I recently had a friend purchase some from Africa and noticed the packaging is different from the box a hairbuddy sent me.
The one from Africa comes in a larger tube and is kind of a green color and the other one is more of a yellow color.
I have had better results using the one my friend bought back from Africa.
I have had scalp issues lately and this seem to help a lot.
I asked him about the fake version and he said make sure it states made in Nigeria and not Germany.
