If so what shampoo do you use?

I use Creme of Nature (Green and White bottle). I've never had any problems with it.

I was using creme of nature detangling shampoo in the green bottle and suave clarifying shampoo, but have within the past month switched to alternating between shikakai bar soap for clarifying and aubrey organics honeysuckle rose moisturizing shampoo. I love the two

It doesn't dry you out? Most people don't like the Aubreys shampoo's. How do you use it?

I do...I always do a oil treatment first and follow with ORS aloe shampoo.
