I can not seem to start or stick to any type of real regimen.
I always want to try the next new and bestes product on the block, so out the window goes my regimen.
I can't figure out what is good or not good for my hair. :perplexed I damn near ruin what I did accomplish trying the indian powders.:wallbash: I will not be doing those ever a gain.:nono: I don't have time to sit under the dryer for 30 minutes much less 1 hour. I don't have time to boil, strain, mix, and or sift. I like the K.I.S.S., but even that takes time. There are so many ways to apply the same product that the next new bestes thing sits on my shelf for lack of knowing how to use it!:nono:

Rant over.:look:

That's part of the process.

You'll find what you like best.

I have tons of stuff from when I was experimental PJ

Yes, but by choice.

I get too bored doing the same thing regularly, so I regularly switch up a series of tried and true methods, all of which work well for my hair.

Like, for one full relaxer stretch I may do weekly rollersets. Another rollerset will be cowashes and braidouts/buns.

I have one but I don't have rhyme or reason to it. I'll wake up and say, "I'll do a cowash" The only thing I do religiously is apply growth aides, scalp massages and moisturize (4-5X weekly)

You could just have a regimen that consists of keeping your hair clean, conditioned and moisturized, no matter what product you use, style you choose, etc.

It can be very simple. That still would be a regimen.

Thats the same for me. I have yet to figure one out, but since I still categorize myself as being somewhat of a newbie, I know it takes time.. I still have different products to try out and really understand what my hair likes.

I didnt have one for a really long time when I started caring for my hair. It wasnt until I went natural that I could really tell what worked and didnt work for my hair. And I still dont really stick to the regi that I have. It can be expected that you will jump from one product to the next until you find that one that you just can NOT let go of. That will be the beginning of your regi.

I just reodered one product I had that I did not give an adequate chance Mega Tek and another that I have seen give some ladies great results-Boundless tresses and call it a day.
I am going to narrow it down to pre-oil treatment, rinse, wash w/ clrifying poo, con green-moist and mane and tail-protein. cond with mane and tail-protein then deep cond with one of the bestes products, ex-ors, . Apply new bestes growth aid product and bun.
I need to atleast get back what shedded away.:perplexed:sad:

By golly, I think I just made myself a regimen! Lets see how long it lasts.:look:
