My favorites are the Tropical and Capilo brands. They are all pretty much the same, but my faves are the Tropical Carrot, Avocado and Milk & Honey conditioners and the Capilo Cinnamon and Egg conditioners.

Nacidit Avocado Cond

Nacidit Olive Oil shampoo and cond

Rysell Tropical Coconut Cond

Lafier Honey & Almond Rinse (as a leave-in)

Lafier Acondicionador Capilar Cond

Henna Queen Carrot Cond

if you want to try dominican products... check out sickbay.biz ; someone posted about them earlier today; very affordable prices.

I bought two 15 oz jars of deep conditioner while I was in NY two summers ago. I got Tropical Aloe - which, according to the jar, is actually from Venuezela not the Dominican Republic - and a Dominican brand called Noruelo which was a wheatgerm deep conditioner. The Noruelo brand is pretty good - it also was twice as expensive as Tropical. Noruelo came to about $9.50 whereas Tropical was about $4.75. I find that the Tropical Aloe smells way too soapy, and it works just like any other thick deep conditioner does. I don't think I'll be repurchasing either of the two.
