Any good Multi-Vitamins for Hiar Growth?

If you remember from this discussion, hair growth from vitamins/minerals is really dependent on how much your diet/body was lacking in nutrients for the supplement to make a difference. I have been taking the same multi-vitamins since I joined the forum. There are times my hair seems to grow fast; and other times seems to slow down. So can I say that the multi is to blame or thank for the changes? Not with any certainty.

As I told you in that thread, my best advice to you is too eat well, take a good multi and stop focusing solely on hair growth. If your body's organs are not well-nourished, trust me, your hair growth will be stunted. You focus on total health, healthy hair growth will have no choice but happen--unless you have some underlying ailment that needs additional help.

When my hair was its healthiest and longest (about SL) and I knew NOTHING about hair care, I was simply taking one Theragran-M a day. It's hard to find now, so I take One A Day Energy since I can't tolerate a lot of iron and it has half the usual concentration like Theragran. It's pretty much the same formulation but with a guarana blend added for mental alertness/energy.

I can tell the difference in my fingernails when I skip my One A Day. When I'm on regimen, they are strong and healthy with pearly white tips and grow like wildfire (I normally have weak, transparent nails that bend, tear and break easily). Hard to tell the effect on my hair since I'm taking good care of it now, but I'm sure the vitamin is a huge factor as it was in the past.
