Any Good Las Vegas Stylists?

So I just read a thread about speaking up to your stylist. One of the posters suggested that it may be easier to speak up from the beginning with a new stylist rather than confront your old one. This sounds like a plan to me. Anyone know of any good stylists in Las Vegas? One who uses good LHCF practices, such as combing from ends to roots, not scrubbing with fingernails while washing, not insisting on a trim unnecessarily, not asking "Why you wait so long between relaxers???," I know I'm asking for a dream stylist, but does anyone know of one? In Las Vegas, that is?
