now i can't quote to you what wgo has in it but it definitely makes my hair soft and manageable especially my untameable edges. it helps me stretch my touch ups out longer and it's been growing my hair at a faster pace seems like. i know i had a bad bald spot on my hair line and it's really been growing like a weed soft new growth is inevitable with Wildgrowth!!
It causes my scalp to itch mildly. I only use it on my scalp. I hope that these are the growth itches and not the allergic reaction ones. The bottle says that is it non hypoallergenic. What does that mean?
Hi Karezone, "hypoallergenic" means having little likelihood of causing an allergic response. My best guess would be that non-hypoallergenic means you may be more likely have an allergic reaction.

BTW, Vevster, I use WGO too and it's one of my staples. I would type in the ingredients but it's contained in the link Sassygirl provided already.
I love Wildgrowth. I'm not sure about the mineral oil, and I haven't had problems with it. I only use it on my hair and my hair ends, I would never use it on my scalp (let alone any moisturizer/oil). It does stink, but it's the only thing my hair really likes.
It's the only thing I have found that helps tame my new growth and smooth my ends. I don't put it on my scalp, because it makes me itch! The smell doesn't bother me. I haven't gotten any complaints yet!
Wild Growth Oil doesn't have any mineral or petroleum by products. Ingredients: olive oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil, vitamin D, choline, inositol, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, natural color, fragrance. I think I'm allergic to this oil. I have this weird rash. Maybe it's the phosphorus or something. But it could be the Accutane in my body.
If you use it on damp hair and let it dry in your hair, the smell evaporates by the time your hair is dry. But if you put it on dry hair and go out esp. in the summer everyone will be smelling you and it smells like Curry to me!
Thanks for the info about the hypoallergenic stuff. I will try just using it on the length and if I still itch, I will pass the stuff along to someone else.
