Hi I'm a new member

, so forgive me if I ask redundant questions.
Does anyone have a solution for dandruff that really works. I've tried head and shoulders, Sulfer 8, and a creme called "no more flakes"-which is seeming to work okay but I haven't used it that much yet. Please help!

stevie how long did you take flax before you noticed a difference i've been taking it for a while and my scalp still look a mess

My older brother uses Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Shampoo, followed by Aveda Deep Penetrating Conditioner. This combination seems to work for his natural hair, and controls his dandruff very nicely, but I found the TeaTree Shampoo very drying.

i use to have dandruff really bad- apple cider vinegar rinses helped clear it up. also, using less product on my hair helped.

I had real bad dandruff until my doctor prescribed nizoral
2% shampoo none of the over the counter shampoo help.

I had better results with nizoral when i do a hot oil treatment with extra virgin olive oil before shampooing
with nizoral which can dry out hair but is effective on
dandruff.

Allandra, thanks for the welcome!
Thank you all for the suggestions, I'll have to try them out, I am kinda desperate right now, so I'll try just about anything!
