Any changes or notices in your hair or nails ?

Britt, I haven't notice anything yet. I was going to send them back because, some of the pills have discoloration. I read the side of the bottle, it says this is normal result of the purity of the product. I will post results in about a month. I'm getting a touch up this weekend.

I have noticed that my skin is really clear even though I have been slacking on my skincare regime.

Nothing yet in fact I better go take some. I will keep at it though I have about 500 pills to go.
