I am actually turned off by a $12 bottle (Just Water) of ingredients I can get and concoct myself for significantly less, with repeated use.

I was just thinking the same thing. For such small bottles....those prices though. Yikes!
This. Anyone who fails to list their ingredients, or does the "key ingredients" or "proprietary blend" thing gets ignored. I don't have time for foolishness.
