I don't like this on as much as the last one but its ok. Its her protective style for the next three weeks until i try another one.

I went with this braid pattern just different hair.

@eyunka, That looks good! :yep: Why do you think it's a fail? You came very, very close. I would say, next go round, make the cornrows smaller, other than that, I personally think it looks really good!
Can you do mine?

From the picture i copied from its hard to tell if it was corn rolled, crocheted, etc so i went with what i thought the other side looked like.

eyunka, Oh Yeah, Gotcha! It's probably exactly like you guessed. I would think it was just the way you did it! :yep:

The cornrow part do you add the hair into that or you cornrow and then you just add the hair with the crochet.. I hope I explained that right.. When you did your 1st ones I looked at the hair but I chicken out.. lol Just not sure on the hair I want to pick..

As usual you did a great job.. I love the one in the ponytail

I understand what you are asking. Let me see i i can explain. I will google it as well.

I cornrow her hair to her scalp and just when it gets to the point you run out of scalp (if the makes sense) i begin adding the weave hair.

Let me back track.
1.I start in the back 1st doing to rolls of individuals.
2. I then part the front according to how the braid pattern is going to go. Cornrow that.
3. then i cornrow the middle for the crochets
4. add hair.

I will say i have never tried this method on myself it looks potentially hard but I'm not the best braider. Good Luck

eyunka yea I understand thanks.. If I did it I would just do the whole back as crochet style so I hoping that won't take me a long time but I am slow so I know it will take a while..

From trial and error I'm finding the curl hair does best. Only thing is braid it up when you sleep. Something i wish my dd would do. the hair this time i don't like so much. The last one I loved the hair i just used too much. 2-1/2 bags was too much. That's including individuals and cornrows int he back.

This time i used to 2 bags and just a little of the 3rd bag.
