THIS looks interesting . . . but I know that his line has gotten not-so-hot reviews on this site, so I'm just wondering if anyone has any opinions on this?

Here are the instructions:

  • Apply to clean wet hair. Comb product through to the ends.
  • For optimal results, wrap hair in a shower cap. Leave on for 5 to 15 minutes and rinse thoroughly with warm water.
  • Use weekly.
  • 2 oz. pak should yield three applications for short hair, two for medium length hair and one for long hair.
Here is the list of ingredients:

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf, Purified Water, Glycerin, Sorbitol, Cetyl Alcohol, Dimethicone, Behentrimonium Chloride, Olea Europaes (Olive) Fruit Oil, Cyclopentasiloxane, Cetearyl Isononanoate, Ceteareth-20, Cetearyl Alcohol, Glyceryl Stearse, Ceteareth-12, Cetyl Palmitate, Laureth-4, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Oleth-10, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, PPG-5-Ceteth-20, Lecitin, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Fragrance, Methyldibromo Glutaronitrite, Phenoxyethanol.

My mom has the shampoo and the conditioner but not the treatment. I used it on my natural hair and it actually worked pretty well. I liked it. But with the price and waiting for shipping, I think you can find something just as good locally or based on reviews from other LHCFer with a better price tag. After a certain $$ I think its rare to see a payoff.
