Are there any special tips that a NATURAL needs to do to get an excellent Amla outcome?



  • How often do you natural women amla?
  • What's your recipe?
  • What are the benefits?
  • Are there any unique risks (being natural -like losing your curl pattern)?

every time I'm deep conditionning (once a week when I'm not on the crown and glory challenge and once every 5 wweks when I'm in braids with extensions or weave crown and glory challenge)

  • What's your recipe?
I just mix amla with ripped avocado, some natural oils, le kair cholesterol, coconut milk, one egg....

  • What are the benefits?
It's supposed to promote hair growth, darken hair.....
  • Are there any unique risks (being natural -like losing your curl pattern)?
No risk for my hair at all:look:
