How much of this suppliment are you taking per day? Are you taking them on a full stomach or an empty one? Thanks in advance!!!

I take 3 of the HF37 tablets twice a day on an empty stomach. They absorb better on an empty stomach.

I take after I eat a meal breakfast or lunch. If I take it after dinner I can;t sleep. The directions read: Amino Fuel may also be taken with meals, between meals . . .
