After I wash my hair, put in my leave in conditioner and seal with an oil..
If I next day put my leave in conditioner on, is that wasted? since I already sealed with the oil??

I dont know if I make sense...:ohwell:

I'm new at this, but this is what i normally do. At night, i use my leave-in and seal with oil, then I place a shower cap on my head and leave on overnight. In the mroning, my hair is very moist and juicy and there's no need for me to add any other leave-in or moisturizer!

No. I do this sometimes, but sometimes daily can lead to you hair getting dirty sooner.

But, it is not wasted product. For me, it I do seal, it does not last at the same concentration day to day.

I have never done it in the morning after sealing the night before though. Normally it would be the same time the next evening before going to bed.

I don't think it's a waste. I apply my leave-in daily. I'm currently not sealing with anything, because I'm experimenting, but when I did seal I would often apply my leave-in on top pretty much daily until my next wash.

I thought the same thing and made a thread about it also. The good advice I got was to spritz some water on my hair to sort of refresh and revive it and to loosen up the oil that you sealed with. Then proceed to reapply your leave in and seal again. If you're a frequent washer (even 2x a week) at the least, product build up is limited and your hair benefits from the spray of water anyways. I do it and it works for me.

No not always. Oils don't hang around on the hair strand forever.....Shoot, silicone serums don't hang around forever either.
