Just bought Aloe Vera Gel for the first time today. I've had dandruff since I was around 12. I've done almost everything for it. Even though I've noticed DRASTIC changes since I've stopped relaxing. Seriously. It use to be BAD when I was getting relaxed routinely. I was going to mix this aloe vera gel with some of my conditioners, but then it dawned on me that maybe I could use this directly on my scalp. My scalp feels nice and cool now like after a fresh wash. I'm just wondering if any of you have used this for dry scalp? or dandruff? any success?

I always rub aloe vera into my scalp. :) I love how its so moisturizing without being oily so I can use it whenever I want :yep: I am on tretinoin and always get flakes on my hairline because of it, and aloe totally does the trick.

Strange thing is, if I use it on my face it actually has the opposite effect and dries it out. Hm. Life. :look:

I think it works great. I've used it on my scalp and my daughters and now I don't have to use anything on my scalp or hers.
