I don't know all the products I need.

Shampoo

Conditon, don't know what kind; deep, restoring, etc.

Leave-in

Protien, don't know what kind or how often to use

Clearifying shampoo, I now I have to use this every time my hair feels sticky

Please help a sista out. I just need to know all the KINDS of products I need so then I now what I am looking for when I look at differnt brands

I'm not sure what your goals are but I'm thinking that maybe it's moisture and strength, with that being said then I would make the following suggestions:

Shampoo: Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose (or any shampoos that do not contain SLS - this ingredient is very drying to the hair)

Conditioner: NTM (Neutrogena Triple Moisture), White Rain Extra Body Conditioner, Garnier Frutis (the one for fine hair ONLY) or anything moisturizing without any added cones (cones coat the hair and cause it to become limp)

Leave-in: I use oils such as grapseed, EVOO, etc. I find that now that I am natural my hair drinks oils up. :lachen:

Protien - Lekair Cholestral (Aloe) I use this every two or three weeks

Clarifying shampoo - Giovanni Tea Tree shampoo & conditioner - I really like this one because I cleanses my scalp like nothing I've every tried. Plus it gives a tingley feeling that I just love. :yep:

Well.......it all depends on what condition your hair is in and your routine.

Length of hair?
Relaxed, texturized, pressed, natural.........jerri curl???
What type of relaxer? Do you use grease, gel, spritz, oil sheen and if you do how often?
Do you sweat alot? Do you wash ever day, week, 2nd week, month?
Do you use heat everyday? Do you work in the sun everyday? Do you go swimming alot? Do you live a a cold environment?
Lice, dandruff, bald spots, etc.......
