Yeah I am not sure about the cost effectiveness but I don't think the difference could be by THAT much but I do like the fact that this way, I can switch brands weekly if I wanted. I am making my pack now. I was thinking about doing this for all of my family members and giving them a month supply for christmas.

I am loving it. I have been taking it for about 3 weeks but I notice that my new growth is very smooth. I already told myself that I was going to commit to taking it for atleast 6 months. Silica benefits so many other things in your body besides hair that even if my hair doesn't "transform", I will probably still take it.

I thought about that advantage too. You have more flexibilty to experiment with stuff without having a whole basket full of vitamins.
