yesterday, i came back home from college for winter break, three different flights. My hair is in twists right now, so all i did was lightly spray the braids and oil the scalp, then twist it into a bun and kept it that way during all of the flights. The girl next to me on the last flight the longest flight, had her hair out in a ponyail. LHCF mode, kicked in, and i almost told her that she should probably but her hair up in a bun, but of course, i kept quiet. However, it made me wonder what does being at such a high alittude do to the hair? Do you do anything special to you hair when your flying high or just travelling in general?

I would love to know the answer to this. I'm flying to Chicago on Sunday and am trying to figure out my flight hairstyle now. What would be the best way to put hair when traveling on a plane?

I don't think you guys need to do anything different.... My sister has long hair she likes to add a little extra moisturizer and put her hair in a sloppy, but cute bun:)

 @ wanting to tell the girl to bun her hair...I think things like this ALL the time, but I never say them. I say a girl with a wool coat on and her shoulder length ends looked like they were being eaten alive! I wanted to tell her to tuck her ends into her coat SO bad. :look:

I add extra moisture the night before a flight to my hair and skin. I usually pin it up or bun it because it gets caught on shoulder straps and jackets while I'm moving through the airport.
