I finally signed up! I don't have much to say, I just wanted to introduce myself and thank you lovely ladies for all of your helpful threads over the years.

7 years!! woah! what made you lurk for so long?

Welcome!!! Now discover the other sides of LHCF! :yep:

7 years!!!! Wow!!!! Welcome... Where are you in your hair journey? Natural? tex-lax? relaxed? or Natural but relax once a year :lachen:?

Do you have a fotki? hair pics??

LOL i was a broke teeny bopper when I first discovered LHCF and when I got older I never got around to subscribing. My hair journey has been all over the place but I'm natural, chopped down to 2" of hair August 15th. My Fotki is uber outdated but it's http://public.fotki.com/ohioshorty06

welcome... i lurked for years too not 7 i think mine was more like 3.... I would have signed up sooner if it wasnt for the security scare on top of procastination. But thats water under neath the bridge. I learned so much while lurking. I finally joined because of a ayurvedic challenge i wanted to join .... so i understand again welcome

I've been using a sulfur mix since i BCed (August 15, 2009) and my growth is great. I think i'm almost at 3 or 4 inches now. My first goal is APL by February 2011.

Welcome! I guess seven must be your lucky number! Here's hoping you'll be around as an official member for at least seven more...enjoy your time here, and your hair journey!!!

Girl, 7 years ago, lhcf was free!
Welcome though. Now, don't be one of these lurkers,ie, ParadisePacific, whose hair is more off da chain than actual contributing members

It was until i ruined it with a relaxer last year :wallbash:

I just uploaded my recent pics to my profile and I'm about to add the link to my old Fotki too.

Welcome. You've been around longer than me. LOL
I like your color in your 2007 album. You have pretty hair.

Seven years? You don't give in to peer pressure easily, do you? Lol. Welcome to the forum. Glad you joined us. :)

I see you're headed to South Korea. Are you military? I'll tell you this right now, get your hair care connetions in place now and start stocking up. We have some members in East Asia who didn't do this and they lived to regret it.

Yep, im Air Force. I already planned on buying Hawaiian Silky in bulk, and I'm in the process of buying smaller jars for my 56 oz. of coconut oil. I haven't started yet but I'm eventually going to make a separate folder in my favorites for places that ship either APO/FPO or overseas.

Good for you girl. If you're on base you might not need voltage converters for your (dryer, curling/flat iron) etc, but check it out if you use those things. Don't forget combs, brushes, etc...

I'm glad you're already thinking ahead. :) LOL...since you've been lurking this long, you've seen the HELP ME posts.

As soon as I found out I got orders the first thought that popped into my head was how I was gonna get my hair stuff lol. Aafes has limited selection but as soon as I get there I'm going to put in like elevendy billion product requests lol.

I'm curious, since you've actually been here since the beginning or nearly so, have you done any of the challenges and/or done any of the hot-for-the mo products or methods? LOL

Bunning is something that may be perfect for you being in the AF as a protective style...just thought I'd suggest it.
