After henna moisturizers

What moisturizers are you ladies using after henna. This henna treatment made my hair drier than ever, I used 1/3 a bottle of ORS replenishing conditioner and 1/2 a bottle of HE Hello Hydration, and when I got done my hair was still dry. Today, it looks nice and is strong but its as dry as the Sahara. TIA!

I hennaed my hair yesterday. I only added water and honey...next time I will add a moisturizer to the mix though

Yogurt is also great to add to your mix. Try a combo of henna, water, yogurt and a squirt of oil.

I agree with Jlove -add yogurt to the mix! I only mix yogurt & honey with henna and I never have problems with dryness after henna now!

Henna dried my hair and gave me the worse knots. I had to cut some of the knots out.

I used my best moisturizing conditioners, to no avail!

I then wet my hair and saturated it with Scurl No Drip (blue and white bottle). Twisted my hair and let it dry over night.

This was the only thing that helped me bounce back from my Henna experience.

I just fell in love with Castor oil. Apply some of this to your hair and definitely your ends. Works wonders for me.
