After drying your wrap...

1.What products do you put on your hair to soften it up and break the wrap?Make it bouncy and shiny?

I haven't wrapped my hair wet in awhile...but when I did I'd use Isoplus wrap lotion. I loved the way my hair felt afterwards. To add extra sheen, I'd use Mizani's High Gloss Serum when it dried before I combed it out. Light weight and gave me that bling.

I guess you are talking about a wet wrap? I haven't wet wrapped in forever because I always had to flat iron to add bounce. I also used to put one, two or three large rollers in the top to get extra body.

Are you diluting the Lottabdy with water? When I used to use to use Lottabody I would dilute it water because when I used it by itself it left my rollersets crispy.

Hmm...I don't know. I've never been a fan of lottabody, even for my rollersets. I suggest trying a new wrap lotion...Motions foaming wrap is good too.

I got my relaxer yesturday and my hair came out swangin w/ all the bounce,body,and softness.SHE DIDN'T EVEN FLAT IRON IT!!!Just combed it down I never had that happen.Of coarse I asked what she used but AS USUAL she wasn't sharing and basically kept the bottles hid.::Sigh::
Guess shes making sure I'm going to keep coming huh

When I do my wet wrap, I make sure the hair is like 80% dry first, i put lotsa stuff in, I use ORS wrapping foam, my organics (africa's best) leave in, and Fantasia IC frizz buster, some NTM moisturizer and just a little jojoba oil, I use a little of everything. Dont drench the hair with any particular product, and mines come out really bouncy

I like this,it gave me ideas.I'm thinking b4 I wrap I could put on some HE LTR,my Elasta QP wrap foam(this stuff has awesome ingredients compared to other wrap foams),and my Coconut Organix Serum.Wrap it then put on some ORS Moisturizer and seal whatever I feel like.I'm going to try this in a week so I can enjoy my hair for a bit.

I will definately get more into rollersetting as my hair gets longer,now it's necklength and I feel its a hassle unless it's just the four at the top of my wrap to give me body.

I use Narobi Foam Wrap,BBD Butter Foam Wrap or Lacio Lacio for my wet wraps.
I use Mizani Shyne Oil Sheen on my hair after combing out my wrap.
