I am so sorry I left this forum for so long without posting anything. O.k I responded only once or twice a month to a post. But after almost 11 weeks of being gone I must say I remember everything that I have learned. I also learned, " a watched pot never boils." So I am not so hair crazy as I was before. Meaning I hardly comb it, I don't use heat ever ( just wash and pull back in one), weaves and braids are my friend. This time I am aiming for 14 maybe 16 weeks no perm. My hair can go that long now. I am on week 11 and I did not notice until just now. I just started with my hair goal in October 2004 and I think I will be bra strap by summer of next year if not earlier. As Paris Hilton would say, " That's hot....." :cool: I updated my photos no password needed…..My 1st week in my hair journey...look at me now
This is the longest I ever had my hair
 
Hello and Welcome back! Also I checked out your album, and I am amazed at your progress. The way your hair grows you should be at bra strap next year. Keep up the great progress and Happy Hair Growing!!!

Wow girl this is so weird. I was trying to reply to a topic and got directed to the photos page and I was looking at your pics and then when I returned I see this post. Glad to have you back Q

I thought about it the other day. I took a break from this forum to join a weight loss forum to focus on that for awhile. I did not lose a pound. So basically I left for no reason. I thought if I became obsessed about weight loss like I did my hair I would be 30 lbs lighter. :perplexed DID NOT HAPPEN.
