A friend sent me a sample. It was OK. But I juggle so many conditioners that I really couldn't give an accurate review as I don't remember. Plus my hair was in braids so that makes it hard to tell exactly what effect it had on my hair's manageability.

My friend has type 4 hair and wears wash and go's, and has the healthiest looking head of hair. So her recommendations are usually good and she swears by this. But as we all know, what works for one may not work for another. You won't know how it is for you till you try it. If I come across it on my shopping spree, I think I'll get it.

I've been using this for a few months and find it very moisturising. Great to use after doing the Aphogee 2 step treament. Sometimes I add coconut oil and/or JBCO and leave it in for a few hours (without heat) or overnight. Also, it's cheap. I paid £1.60 (US$2.50) for a tub and it lasts ages. I don't care that it contains mineral oil!

Has anyone else used this?

I think because I have fine hair it made my hair heavy and coated. Seems like it would be a great pre-poo though.
