I hear so much about Affirm perms and products but I never see them in stores. Is this just a salon product or am I shopping in all the wrong places?

It is a salon product and quite hard to find in the shops.

Or ask one of the ladies in your area. You may be pointed in the right direction where you can purchase some.

It is a salon product. It is very difficult if not impossible to find in stores. I order mine online at www.sheldeez.com. It costs about $40 for a 4lb tub of the relaxer - but considering that I never go to the hairdresser, it still comes out cheaper.

The maintenance products are under the brand name Keracare and they are easier to find. If your local JCPenney has a salon, you can buy them there. Some of them actually use the Affirm or Mizani relaxer in the salon.

I guess we were typing at the same time. Those are great pictures of Jada's hair. Are they from that issue of "Essence"?
