Affirm Fiberguard Sustenance Fortifying Treatment

I have decided to use Sustenance as a bi-weekly conditioning treatment. I was wondering if the current users apply this treatment with or without heat? Any advice would be appreciated! /images/graemlins/smile.gif

Avlon recommends using it weekly. Maybe bi-weekly is a little too much? When I got my Fiberguard relaxer, the stylist used it w/o heat. Let us know how the bi-weekly use goes. I am thinking of trying the product also.
