Does anyone know the difference b/t these 2 products? Which do you think is better?

I've never tried the Affirm, but I know the Keracare left my hair silky. And that was when my hair was really damaged. :yep: It's a great product. I only wish I could afford to keep it in my arsenal all the time. :ohwell:

I was a bit confused about the products, b/c after going to the Avlon website, it said that the Affirm 5 in 1 is to be used before adding the neutralizing shampoo during the relaxing process, or as a deep moisturzing conditioner treatment. But I was under the assumption that it was a protein treatment:confused: .

One of my favorite protein treatments is Dudley's DRC-28, but you have to get that through a licensed stylist. I was looking to see if either one of these produce similiar or better results.

I feel that the difference of the two is that Affirm 5 in 1 is usually only available to licensed people and Keracare is for retail customers(you can purchase the products at places like Trade Secrets or JcPenny). I feel that the 5 in 1 is very moisturizing and can be used once/week. I would say the same for the Keracare Super Reconstructor but the Affirm is more on the "professional" scale than the Keracare.
