Affirm 5 in 1 Reconstructing Conditioner

For those who use this conditioner, how did you like the results? Did you notice a great improvement in the condition of your tresses? How often do you use this?

I have had mine for over 3 years (haven't used it in 3 years). I went back to it on Wed and I must say I'm pleased with the results. My hair is soft, but that is probably a result of my overall regimen. It's too soon to tell how my tresses are with it. It didn't hurt it any. I will use it 2x a month for now.

I use it once a month, every other month and I like it. I alternate between the Affirm and Nexxus keraphix. /images/graemlins/smile.gif
It helps keep my hair strong.

I didnt get any amazing results using it as a regular reconstructing treatment but it works really well immediately following a relaxer. A hairdresser on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan warned me against using too much of this stuff. He said it can break your hair if used too often... but that goes for any protein treatment. Ive had the same bottle for over a year.

I have used it already and I think it is quite good. I like most of the Keracare products. It is especially good whenever I colour.

P.S. I just realized it contains Mineral Oil (if that matters to you)

My stylist recommended it, so I bought it. He said: It will make your hair shiny," but I read the directions and I said: "Do I really need this?"

It works fine as it, but I decided to dump some olive oil in it. Definitely a keeper.
