Wow!! YOU REALLY INSPIRE ME!!! Please share your regimen and styles that you've been using to get to this length. In my lurking, I remember that you had experienced some shedding (apparently this didn't have any effect on your beautiful hair). I searched for your regimen and you have too many posts so please fill me in....

Isn't it amazing!

My two teenaged cousins hair has been stuck at mid back length since elementary/middle school. They want waist length hair. I directed them to Adrienne's picturetrail album and they have become "Adrienne stalkers".

caralexis, let me know if you have any questions about my regime (thanks for posting the link, armyqt!). i still have the shedding, but it's gradually getting better. i can't believe that my hair doesn't look thinner based on the amount that i've lost. i'm glad though.

sassygirl, how are your cousins doing? did they try any of the stuff that i suggested? i'm very curious...
