Adore Clear Rinse and Conditioning

Ok so I know this has been answered before, but I can't find it. I'm relaxing tomorrow and plan to use this rinse for the first time. Do I deep condition before the rinse or after?

I always deep condition after using a rinse...clear or color deposit. Just be careful, I had a horrible protein overload after using a rinse right after my last touch up.
