Which do you think is easier to do for hair? Adding moisture to it with some kind of leave in, or sealing in the already existing moisture?

How do you do it?

I find it easier to seal it. After a really dry hair stint, (I'm talking severe dryness or clarifying stripping shampoo) I get better luck with an oil, or serum or a grease or butter on wet hair to keep in the water than trying to use something else.

For me sealing without a doubt. I am experiencing root to tip curls without product (a sign of moisture retention), but not all over. After introducing moisture with my leave-in, it's a piece of cake to seal w/gel.
