To a relaxer that is.. How many of you ladies have tried this? and does it actually help keep moisture in your hair?.. Or would it just lower the ph in the relaxer slightly and make it less that strong??
i know that people have added stuff to the relaxers with little or no problem. but when it comes to the chemicals, i'm way too chicken to experiment. my stylist doesn't add anything either. i wouldn't want to do anything to make the relaxer not take, or even worse, make it stronger than what my hair needs. i think it's best to help the hair recover by doing those extra steps after the relaxer is rinsed and neutralized...
