ACV Tablets

I have seen many posts on ACV rinces but does anyone know the benefits of ACV tablets? I bought some the other day and I was just wondering.

i know that they also can be used for that but i wonder if there are any benefits for hair.

Like Karezone mentioned, I believe they're basically for weight loss. I've never read anything about them having any benefits for hair (like an acv rinse).

Oh yeah. I used to drink 2 teaspoons of acv a day for weight loss.

I tried that but I kept seeing flashes of white when I swallowed.

Occasionally I will drink 1 tsp ACV to 1 cup water before meals to help with digestion. I'm not sure if there are health benefits, you can try a google search on ACV
