ACV RINSES

When doing one, do you just pour it all over your head? or what? How much should be used? Do you rinse it out aferwards or leave it in?

I am about to wash my hair and do one

I take a quart of water and put in about 1/8 cup of ACV. I mix it well and pour it directly over my head covering all the length. I rinse out afterwards and then apply my fav conditioner. It gives my hair incredible shine for days afterwards. It's a keeper for me! I do this about once a week.

When I do acv rinses, I mix 4 ounces of acv with 28 ounces of water. I pour it over my hair/scalp after I shampoo. Then I rinse. Then I conditioner. I haven't done one in a while though because I've been using my good ole clarifying shampoo (love it).

I use 1/4 cup in 1 quart water (used ph strip to test and confirm that ph level is a 4.5) then pour over head after conditoner and towel dry. For me it is actually my very FINAL rinse.
