ACV RINSE- PLEASE HELP!

Dear LHCF,

I finally ACV rinsed. 2caps of Braggs in a picture full of water. I washed (Elucence), then Cond (Elucence w/honey and olive oil). I con-wash almost every 2-3 days. I Po when maybe once a month. Leave in are Elucence moisture and coconut oil leavin' w/surge.

Why is my hair falling out? I mean, it's just shedding, every where I look long strands of hair. If I even think about touching it (to rebraid the ponytail) more hair loss. I protein once a month. Other than the ACV my wash process has not change... What should I do?

I'm sorry to hear this. I doubt if it's the vinegar though. I use a LOT more vinegar than you did and I've never noticed any ill-effects. Is it normal shedding from the root (w/ a little white bulb at the end) or is it breakage?

There's no bulb, so I guess it's breaking. My weak spot is m nape. I've been very careful with it.. hoping to get it to fill it. I pray all this hair si not coming from there. Looks like i need to forget about brastrap and try to keep arm pit. Oh yea, I forgot to add my scalp is itching like crazy.

When my hair was relaxed this would happen when I used Olive Oil. Now that I'm natural I don't have any problems using Olive Oil.
