ACV Rinse help

Hi, I'm a little confused about how to do an ACV rinse. I have been unable to find information on the exact ratio of ACV to water I should be using. How many teaspoons of ACV should I be adding to how many cups of water? Also, do you do the rinse before or after a shampoo and conditioner? Thanks!

Here is a very helpful thread. The amounts vary a little per preference. I don't measure. I have a large 30 something ounce cup and I literally use a couple of splashes (enough to barely cover the bottom of the cup) and the rest is water.
